One of my 3 deoderants arrived damaged. I reached out to customer service and did not get the courtesy of a reply. The products are great but the consistent lack of inventory and non-responsive support makes it hard to support your brand.

It’s okay, but the scent changed.

Old palo santo in the black packaging was really good. This new one has a different, sharper scent that smells more like any other deodorant. Glad they don’t use coconut oil as a base because that always stains.
